Watanabe Ren (渡邉廉) is a Japanese rapper, singer and performer. He is a member of the group PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE.
Before his official debut, he was also a member of the performance team from Tosaka Hiroomi.
Early Life[]
Watanabe Ren was born on February 8, 2000, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
Looking back at his childhood, he revealed that he wanted to stand out, but was shy. "I was a member of the class council, but I was not good at public speaking, and my face always turned bright red."[1]
He first became interested in performing on stage after watching a live video of Michael Jackson and started dancing at a local dance school when he was in the fourth grade.[2][3][4]
In 2013, he participated in the GLOBAL JAPAN CHALLENGE and made it to the final round. As a result, he started attending EXPG Yokohama in the second year of junior high school.[5] While accompanying the artists of LDH in their live performances, his dream of becoming a dancer changed to becoming an artist.[2]

2018[]
In 2018, he became a student of EXPG Lab as a vocalist.[6]
2019[]
On July 4, he made his first appearance as a member of PSYCHIC FEVER at the BATTLE OF TOKYO ~ENTER THE Jr.EXILE~ live concert at Makuhari Messe.
On September 24 in the same year, he was announced as an official member of the group.
2022[]
On July 13, he made his major debut in PSYCHIC FEVER with the release of their first studio album P.C.F.
2024[]
On March 21, a PSYCHIC FEVER fanclub limited event titled PSYCHIC FEVER OFFICIAL FAN CLUB presents SPECIAL FAN EVENT "Kana-bro no Heya" will be held with him and Handa Ryushin, who are known as the "Kanagawa Brothers" or "Kana-bro Combi" as both are from Kanagawa Prefecture.[7]
