Up & Down is the sixth studio album of GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE. It was released on July 14, 2021 in seven editions.
The album's promotional track "Make Me Better" was pre-released digitally on June 14, while the song "Love is ?" was pre-released on July 8.

GENERATIONS LOVE POST Release Event[]

A special release commemorative event for the album, titled GENERATIONS LOVE POST (NEW ALBUM『Up & Down』発売記念 全国スペシャルイベント『GENERATIONS LOVE POST』), was held in hall venues nationwide from September 5 to December 21, 2021. Purchasers of any edition of the album up until July 23 got a serial code application ticket for the event enclosed with the album, with the application period being from July 14 to July 25, 2021. Regular tickets for the events were also sold.[4]
On October 21, five additional dates of the event were added.[5]
