Sato Shunnosuke (佐藤 峻乃介) is a Japanese rapper and performer. He is a member of the group KID PHENOMENON from EXILE TRIBE.
Early Life[]
Sato Shunnosuke was born on November 15, 2006 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. He has an older brother and a younger sister.[1][2]
He started dancing at the age of 5.[3]
Career[]
2021-2022[]
From 2021 to 2022, he participated in the boys division of the audition iCON Z ~Dreams For Children~ and was selected as a member of the team KIDMATIC during the screening process. KIDMATIC made it to the final screening on May 21, 2022, where they were ultimately eliminated and disbanded.[4]
2022[]
On July 23, at the third concert of BATTLE OF TOKYO TIME 4 Jr.EXILE titled BATTLE OF iCON Z, it was announced that he would participate in the second chapter of LDH's audition iCON Z ~Dreams For Children~ as one of 13 finalists of the first chapter.[5][6][7]
During the audition, the contestants formed three different groups in order to compete for an imminent debut. On the November 13 episode of ~Yume no Audition Variety~ Dreamer Z, it was revealed that Sato was placed in Group 2.[8] On the November 20 episode, it was revealed that the group would be named KID PHENOMENON.[9]
2023[]
On March 26, it was announced that KID PHENOMENON would be making their major debut under Sony Music Associated Records on August 23 along with the other two groups of the audition.[10]
On August 23, Sato will make his major debut as a member of KID PHENOMENON with the release of the group's first single "Wheelie".

- In terms of dance genres, he specializes in R&B style.[11]
- According to himself, he is shy and not the type to show his emotions, but takes the initiative to joke around in front of his good friends. His members tease him as a "tsundere" character.[1]
- Would like to improve his songwriting skills and become a track maker in the future.[1]
- Has been a fan of EXILE since he can remember, and especially likes NAOTO. When he was in kindergarten, he used to dance in the living room while watching Nidaime J Soul Brothers' DVDs before going to school.[1][12]
- Has a lot of experience being taught by female dancers.[1]
- Tried rapping for the first time in the early stages (first chapter) of the iCON Z audition.[1][13]
- Very passionate about beauty and makeup. He started researching about and doing his own makeup when KID PHENOMENON started their pre-debut Musha Shugyo.[14]
- Does research by asking his hair and makeup stylist directly and watching YouTube videos of celebrities who are conscious of beauty, such as MEGUMI, Tanaka Minami, and Sashihara Rino.[14]
- Doesn't mind spending money on skin care at all.[14]
- According to Okao Kohaku, he is extremely knowledgable and particular about makeup, and also helped with the makeup of some of his members and taught them how to do it themselves in the past.[15]
- According to himself, he is really good at finding clothes that look good on people. He also gives his sister some of his clothes to try them on.[16]
- Likes "gyaru" style.[12]
- According to himself, he is really bad at cleaning up and at putting clothes on hangers and folding them.[2]

- Owns a cat named "Minuko" (a Minuet cat). His family owns three more cats, "Mankichi" for a Munchkin, "Pelco" for a Persian, "Leon" for a Napoleon.[17]
