"Peppermint Yum" is a digital collaboration single of FANTASTICS from EXILE TRIBE and K-pop boy group EPEX. It was released on December 22, 2023 and later included as the main song on their collaboration EP of the same title.

The song served as the official theme song of D.LEAGUE's 23-24 Season.[1][2][3][4]

  • The collaboration between the two groups come about due to EPEX uploading a video dancing to "Choo Choo TRAIN" on TikTok after watching a performance of the song by FANTASTICS. Then, their agencies connected and decided to collaborate.[5]
    • After some communication between the companies, FANTASTICS went to EPEX' fan meeting held in Osaka and took a TikTok together.[5]
  • The music was composed by creators in Korea, and the parts of FANTASTICS and EPEX were decided from that stage. Lastly, the recording was done in each country.[5]
  • The choreography of the song was created by the Korean dance crew "JUST JERK".[6][5]
    • FANTASTICS learned the choreography by having videos sent to them.[5]
  • The music video of the song was filmed in South Korea.[6]
  • The first time both groups rehearsed the song together was the day before the opening performance of D.LEAGUE's 23-24 Season.[6][7][5]
    • Japanese professional crew "KADOKAWA DREAMS" from D.LEAGUE came to the rehearsals and helped coordinate the details.[5]

  1. Seguchi Leiya was not able to participate in the music video of the song as it was shot during his recuperation period. However, he appears in the jacket photo of the Peppermint Yum EP and in the photo book included in the limited first pressing of it.
