P.C.F is the debut studio album of PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE. It was released on July 13, 2022 in three editions. Prior to the official release, a special limited edition was sold at the mini-concert release event of the album on May 29, 2022.

Additionally, several songs were pre-released digitally for four weeks before the physical release of the album.

  • This edition was only sold at the May 29 mini-concert release event of the album in Abeno Q's Mall 3F Sky Court in Osaka. It only include the six previously revealed songs of the album.

• The songs "Hotline", "Best For You", "Tokyo Spiral" and "Snow Candy" were previously revealed exclusively through the group's YouTube channel as their pre-debut singles. All four songs originally featured former member SAM, who left the group in April 2022 prior to their official debut. Due to this, the songs were re-recorded for this release.
• The song "Choose One" was used as the album's promotional title song.
• The album title "P.C.F" is an abbreviation of the group's name.
