| Kimura Keito |
Kimura Keito (木村慧人) is a Japanese performer and actor. He is a member of the groups FANTASTICS from EXILE TRIBE, In The BLOOD EYES and EXILE B HAPPY.
Prior to joining FANTASTICS he was part of the EXPG trainee team EXILE GENERATIONS.
Early Life[]
Kimura Keito was born on August 16, 1999 in Tokyo Prefecture, Japan.
He originally started attending dance lessons when he was 7 years old, influenced by his mother who worked at a local fitness studio. At first it was just for fun, but according to himself, "The world of dance is so deep that the more steps I took, the more I got hooked."[1][2]
When he was in fourth grade of elementary school, he watched a live performance of EXILE which led him to enter EXPG Tokyo.[3] There, he met Sato Taiki and Sawamoto Natsuki as his schoolmates while Sekai taught them dance as an instructor.[1]
In 2010, he participated in the EXILE LIVE TOUR 2010 FANTASY as a back dancer. This experience made him dream of becoming an artist, and looking back on this time he later recalled "I definitely wanted to be the front man and perform in years to come." Afterwards, he continued to participate in the tours of EXILE and Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS as a kids dancer.[1][4]
Career[]
2014[]
In 2014, Kimura participated in the the GLOBAL JAPAN CHALLENGE and reached the finals but was eventually eliminated.[4] Motivated by this defeat, he passed a special student audition and became a scholarship student of EXPG afterwards. "That frustration became a springboard for me to renew my determination to make a living in dance, and as a result, I was able to move up to a special student. I didn't feel that it was hard for me, but I think it was my baseless confidence that drove me."[2]
2016[]
In 2016, he joined the trainee group EXILE GENERATIONS and on December 29 in the same year, he was announced as a member of FANTASTICS.
2018[]
On December 5, he debuted in FANTASTICS with the release of their first single "OVER DRIVE".
2021[]
On April 1, he was revealed as a founding member of the parody visual kei band In The BLOOD EYES as its drummer under the stage name "Vader".
2022[]
In early 2022, he made his acting debut by making a guest appearance in the fourth episode of the drama Moshimo, Ikemen Dake no Koko ga Attara.[5][6][7][8]
In December, he co-starred in the MBS drama Ameiro Paradox based on the BL novel of the same title.[9][10][11]
2023[]
On June 1, it was announced that he had become a member of the new unit EXILE B HAPPY consisting of EXILE TRIBE members for LDH JAPAN's KIDS B HAPPY project.[12][13]

In summer 2024, he played his first lead role in the TBS drama Sacchan, Boku wa., based on the manga of the same title.[14][15][16]
