Hori Natsuki (堀夏喜), also known by his nickname Horinatsu (堀夏(ほりなつ)), is a Japanese performer, choreographer and actor. He is a member of the groups FANTASTICS from EXILE TRIBE and In The BLOOD EYES.

Prior to joining FANTASTICS he was part of the EXPG trainee team EXILE GENERATIONS.

Early Life

Hori Natsuki was born on August 6, 1997, in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. He is an only child.

In his childhood, he was active in various different sports, such as soccer, judo and swimming. He started dancing in the second grade of elementary school after a dance studio opened close to his home and his parents encouraged him to attend classes there. Initially reluctant, he soon participated in dance contests and viewed the sport as a serious competition.

When he was in the 5th or 6th grade of elementary school, the dance studio he was attending at that time decided to recruit support kids dancers for EXILE LIVE TOUR 2009 "THE MONSTER" and Hori was chosen as one of them. This experience would later prove to be a catalyst for his desire to enter the entertainment industry.

Nevertheless, he stopped dancing from his first to third year of junior high school. As his height increased by 20 cm in a year during his junior high school years, it became a complex for him since he didn't like to stand out. Although he still loved dancing, he was a member of the soccer club in junior high school and devoted himself to soccer. "My mind couldn't keep up with the changes in my body, and I got fed up with it, so I concentrated on club activities. I was in the soccer club, so I only played soccer and studied hard, and stayed away from dance."

In his third year of junior high school, Hori was drawn back to dance and started attending EXPG Nagoya due to the influence of Nakao Shota, whom Hori admired since childhood. They had been friends since attending the same dance school when they were in elementary school and participated in the EXILE LIVE TOUR 2009 "THE MONSTER" together. "[...] I heard that EXPG STUDIO was going to open in my hometown, and I found out that Shota was going to join. I thought it was now or never for me to return to the world of dance that I had always dreamed of, so I talked to my parents about it and decided to join. My parents are the type to push me to do what I want to do, so with their help, I returned to the world of dance."

During his high school years, he passed the special student audition of EXPG and became a scholarship student. Shortly afterwards, he was asked to teach at the school too. As a result, he worked part-time as a dance instructor in classes for elementary school students and younger.

Career

2014

In 2014, Hori joined the trainee group EXILE GENERATIONS.

2016

On December 29, he was announced as a member of the performance team FANTASTICS.

2018

On December 5, he debuted in FANTASTICS with the release of their first single "OVER DRIVE".

2020

In 2020 Hori made his acting debut in the drama L Reika no Shinjitsu.

In July, he opened his own YouTube channel named "Horinatsu Kanmuri" (ホリナツのカンムリ).

2021

On April 1, he was revealed as a founding member of the parody visual kei band In The BLOOD EYES as its guitarist under the stage name "Witch".

2024

In spring 2024, he will play his first leading role in the TV drama Spy no Jinjibu.
