"Hard Knock Days" is the ninth single of GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE. It was first released digitally in a short "Anime OP Version" on April 5, 2015. The full song was later released as a CD single on August 12, 2015 in four editions.
The title song was used as the 18th opening theme of the anime ONE PIECE, and for Moist Diane's Extra Shine TV CM. The b-side "PAGES" was used as image song for the TV commercial of the American TV series THE FLASH in Japan.
