The title song was used as the theme song of the drama Rokudenashi BLUES.

- This is their first single to include a b-side.
- There are a total of three versions of the "FIGHTERS" music video.
- The "ROUND 1" version is a world view of the drama Rokudenashi BLUES, in which several Gekidan EXILE members (at that time of release) and candidate GENERATIONS members Shirahama Alan, Machida Keita and Sekiguchi Mandy appears on it.
- The "ROUND 2" version is mainly focused on the Sandaime J Soul Brothers members, without the scenes of the drama.
- The "ROUND 3" version was included in the album TRIBAL SOUL. It is an alternative version of the "ROUND 2" video, with the main focus being the group performers doing freestyle moves.
- DOBERMAN INC members P-CHO, GS, KUBO-C and Tomogen appears in the "ROUND 1" and "ROUND 2" versions of the "FIGHTERS" music video, and in the rap part of the song.
- The group's first #1 single on Oricon's weekly single chart.
- It was also the group's best selling single until the release of "0 ~ZERO~".
- "FIGHTERS" won a MTV Video Music Awards Japan award in 2012 in the category Best Pop Video.
