  • Despite being advertised as a double maxi single, Oricon considered the release as an album (consequentially charting in the albums chart) for having more than four original songs in the same package.
  • "Negai" is a solo by ATSUSHI, "GOING ON" features TAKAHIRO, NESMITH and SHOKICHI on the vocals, and "Make It Last Forever" features only NESMITH and SHOKICHI. "MONSTER" is an instrumental track.
  • The single was certified Double Platinum by RIAJ for the shipment of 500,000 copies.
