Trivia[]

Fantaro design
- The name of the group was chosen by EXILE HIRO when the group was first formed with 7 performers (before the addition of the vocalists).[131]
- The group's mascot, a character named Fantaro (ファン太郎), was designed by Nakao Shota.[132] It is a sunflower with 9 petals, one representing each member.
- Since Nakao's passing, the group has been including the mascot in group pictures as a memorial and to represent his continuous membership.
- The official fandom name of the group is "FANTARO", taken from the mascot of the group designed by late member Nakao Shota. The name of the fandom was decided on February 21, 2023 during a live broadcast on leader Sekai's birthday.[65][133]
"FANTARO DAY" poster

buddix logo
- The group has its own apparel brand titled buddix (バディ) which launched on June 9, 2023.[136]
- The addition of Sawamoto Natsuki, Seguchi Leiya, Hori Natsuki, Kimura Keito and Nakao Shota to the group was a suprise announcement. One day, they were suddenly summoned by EXILE HIRO, and were told they would form a performance group with Sekai and Sato Taiki.[137][138]
- Almost all of the members have played soccer in their youth.[138]
