- The song "Be Mine" was originally included on rhythm zone's compilation album 99% Radio Show, released three months earlier, and it features ATSUSHI, SHUN, Koda Kumi, Lisa and IGOR
- The title of the song "M&A" makes reference to Max Matsuura (avex trax's CEO) and Hatada Aki, and the song was composed for their wedding.
- It was the group's best-selling studio album until the release of their sixth album EXILE LOVE, and was also their best-selling album overall until the release of the best album PERFECT BEST.
- The album was certified Million by RIAJ for the shipment of 1 million copies.
