EXILE ATSUSHI LIVE TOUR 2025 "Heart to Heart" Season 2 was the fifth live tour and second theater tour of EXILE ATSUSHI. It took place from April 12 to July 30, 2025 and is a sequel to the 2021 tour.[1]
Before the official start of the tour, ATSUSHI held a 4-day opening concert at the Saitama Super Arena and the Osaka-jō Hall titled EXILE ATSUSHI LIVE TOUR 2025 "Heart to Heart" ~Fukkatsu-sai~ (EXILE ATSUSHI LIVE TOUR 2025 "Heart to Heart" ~復活祭~; EXILE ATSUSHI LIVE TOUR 2025 "Heart to Heart" ~Easter~).[2]
A footage of the April 12 concert was released as DVD and Blu-ray on July 30, 2025.

- The tour was originally going to be held in 2023 under the title EXILE ATSUSHI LIVE TOUR 2023 "Heart to Heart" Season 2 before being cancelled due to health issues concerning ATSUSHI.
- The DVD from the opening nights in Saitama had a limited-time release for which fans could buy the DVD until April 22, 2025.
