Back & Forth is the third studio album of BALLISTIK BOYZ from EXILE TRIBE. It was released on February 21, 2024 in four editions.

Three songs were pre-released digitally ahead of the album: "N.E.X.T." was released as a digital single on December 23, 2023, "God Mode" was pre-released on January 28, and the album's promotional track, "In My Head", was pre-released on February 19 along with its music video.

The album includes a footage and audio recording of the BALLISTIK BOYZ LIVE TOUR 2023 "N.E.X.T.". The audio recording of the tour included in the 3CD edition was released digitally on March 26, 2025.

• The title of the album is said to express their image of going back and forth, overcoming various obstacles, deepening their bonds, and still moving forward.
• The members of the group were actively involved in the production of the songs on the album.
• To commemorate the release of the album, a special talk show and fan event titled "EXILE AKIRA TALK SHOW & BALLISTIK BOYZ NEW ALBUM "Back&Forth" Release Commemoration Fan Event in LaLaport Taichung" (EXILE AKIRA TALK SHOW＆BALLISTIK BOYZ NEW ALBUM 「Back&Forth」 発売記念ファンイベントin LaLaport 台中) was held with EXILE AKIRA at Taiwan's first LaLaport, "Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Taichung".
