This is a page listing all events the groups BALLISTIK BOYZ from EXILE TRIBE and PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE participated in Thailand from 2022 to 2023 as part of their Musha Shugyo event in the country.

The event ended in February 2023 after the live concert BALLISTIK BOYZ VS PSYCHIC FEVER THE SURVIVAL 2023 THAILAND.

Background[]

On May 11, 2022, it was announced that BALLISTIK BOYZ and PSYCHIC FEVER would be holding a joint Musha Shugyo in Thailand from August 2022 to January 2023 as part of a partnership agreement between LDH JAPAN and the Thai music production label HIGH CLOUD ENTERTAINMENT, with Thai rapper F.HERO serving as their general producer during that period.[1][2] Specifically, HIGH CLOUD would produce the music and music videos of both groups, and handle the promotion in Thailand.[3]

Additionally, the groups' stay in Thailand would be developed as a reality show titled BALLISTIK BOYZ & PSYCHIC FEVER New School Breakin' THAILAND on the web.[4]

History[]

The groups arrived in Thailand on August 29,[5] and their first activity in the country was on September 2 at the NIPPON HAKU BANGKOK 2022. There, it was also revealed that they would collaborate with Thai artists and aim to hold solo live performances during their stay, as well as engage in cultural exchange by teaching dance at local schools.[6][7]

At the BIG MOUNTAIN MUSIC FESTIVAL 12 on December 10 and 11, BALLISTIK BOYZ teamed up with TRINITY, a 3-member T-Pop boy group, for the first performance of the collaboration song "Drop Dead" produced by F.HERO.[8]

At the SIAM MUSIC FEST 2022 on December 17 and 18, 2022, PSYCHIC FEVER teamed up with 6-member T-Pop boy group DVI for the first performance of the collaboration song "To The Top" produced by F.HERO.[9]

On December 18, 2022, BALLISTIK BOYZ and PSYCHIC FEVER attended the THAILAND DIGITAL AWARDS 2022, where they received the "Asia Rising Star AWARD".[10] After their attendance, the groups returned to Japan to rehearse for the Jr.EXILE LIVE-EXPO 2022 concert scheduled to be held on December 31, 2022, and to fulfill their schedule in the country.

On February 5, 2023, the groups concluded their Musha Shugyo in Thailand after the live concert BALLISTIK BOYZ VS PSYCHIC FEVER THE SURVIVAL 2023 THAILAND.

  • Japanese label CHET ASIA, which aims to popularize T-POP in Japan, also supported LDH JAPAN's expansion into Thailand, including BALLISTIK BOYZ's and PSYCHIC FEVER's Musha Shugyo in Thailand.[18]
